Pursuant to Article 31 of the Law of Ukraine “On Local Self-Government in Ukraine” and the Law of Ukraine “On Regulation of Urban Development”, the decree # 339 of the Executive body of the Kyiv City Council (KSCA) of May 19, 2016 has planned the construction of a preschool institution on Academician Williams Street, 10 in the Holosiivskyi district of the capital. KP “Spetszhitlofond” is defined as the customer of construction.

The completed facility – a preschool institution – will be credited to the municipal property of the Kyiv city community in due course.

For information, in 2009 the decision of the Kyiv City Council (№754 / 2823), in violation of all rules and necessary permitting procedures, was transferred to the National Bank of Ukraine for the construction of five high-rise buildings, which was originally intended for the construction of a preschool educational institution for 240 places in the perspective of building the residential residential district “Liko-Grad” within the streets of Academician Williams, Matus, Lomonosov and Simonenko.

Thanks to conducting since 2009 active correspondence between the residents of the housing estate “Liko-Grad”, LLC “TMO” Liko-Holding “, National Bank of Ukraine, Kyiv City State Administration, Holosiivskyi district in Kyiv city state administration, Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Administration of Ministers of Ukraine, Administration the city will receive a new communal preschool at a land lot on Academic Williams Street, 10.

Liko-Holding together with Igor Lisov Charitable Foundation “My hometown” will monitor the implementation of the relevant decision of the KSCA and will inform about the course of construction of the said object.
